Mannington Main Street, Inc. has been recognized as a Nationally Certified Community by Main Street WV since 1992. A member of the National Trust for Historic Preservation, Mannington Main Street, Inc. is working to provide the historical downtown Mannington business community and area residents information and educational opportunities by implementing a comprehensive four-point approach to local economic development.
Mannington Main Street, Inc. mission is a community based organization dedicated through coordinated efforts to strengthening the downtown as a focal point of life and community pride, encouraging an appreciation of our rich heritage, and inspiring an economically viable, educationally rich, family-oriented community.

Halloween Spooktacular Dance
Main Street and the Mannington Moose will be having a Halloween
Spooktacular Dance for Middle School kids Friday October 30th at the Moose
Ballroom from 6 to 8 costume prizes and drawings will be held along with cake
walk. No charge for the dance, there will be drawings for chances at prizes to
help raise money for the Mannington Middle School's Positive Bevior Support
Program. Dance will be chapernoned and any donations for baked products for the
cakek walk would be appreciated!

Standing behind the contestants sponsors Sniders Florist owners George and Carol DelRosso. Pageant coordinator Rana Taylor said the pageant has grown to be the largest attraction of the Octoberfest.
