by outside media sources, the Organization will only permit
media republishing under the following standard operating
procedures involving release of content.
Any Media outlet wishing to republish, advertise, or promote,
copyrighted material published by owner Mannington Main Street
Inc. must request release of any content, electronic or
printed,in the form of an authorized Press Release ONLY in the
exact manner in which it was written. Mannington Main Street is
aware and accepts responsiblilty of typos or errors of the
release and reserves the right to correct errors in any manner
it deems necessary.

The owner of the copyrighted material reserves the right to deny
any request of content that is ruled unnecessary by Board of
Directors of the Organization. Re-writing, distributing,
modifying, transmitting, republishing, or any other unauthorized
action involving owners content in form of, flyers, posters,
radio spots, signage, logos, pictures, blogs, posts, mailing
items, banners, fundraising campaigns, brochures, as well as any
other unnamed copyrighted material is unauthorized use of owners
content resulting in termination of Main Street membership,
termination of media page rights, and required legal action will
be taken.
